Is it big enough to swaddle?

Yes. At about 110 x 110 cm there's plenty of fabric to wrap a newborn and tuck the ends.

Will it shrink?

Muslin can shrink a little and crinkle after the first wash. That's normal and part of what makes it soft.

Can my baby sleep in it?

Swaddle only until your baby shows signs of rolling, always lay them on their back, and never leave the blanket loose in the crib. After that, it's a burp cloth, play mat and stroller shade.
