How tall is the chart?

Applied in full, it stands about 160 cm tall. It comes on one sheet of about 70 x 50 cm, in pieces you line up on the wall.

Is the scale accurate?

It's a decorative chart. Place the bottom of the scale with a tape measure so the numbers line up with the floor, and it's a fun, close guide.

Can I move it later?

Decals are made to stay put once smoothed down. Peeling it off may not let it stick as well a second time.
