How long does it stay on per charge?

Run time depends on how long it's on each night. It's a low-power LED: recharge it by USB whenever the glow starts to fade.

Is it bright enough to read by?

It's made as a soft night light. It lights a bedside and a path to the door, but it isn't a reading lamp.

How does my child turn it on?

Flip the tail up to switch it on and down to switch it off. It's one big, simple lever, made for small hands.

Can it be pulled too far?

It stretches to about 19 cm. Pull gently to that point and stop; don't force it further or twist the folds.

What do I need to charge it?

A USB cable is included. Plug it into any USB phone charger or computer port; the wall adapter isn't included.
