It's made for infant car seats and carriers with a handle. The elastic hem gathers round the base of standard infant seats. It isn't sized for full strollers or prams.

Does it get hot underneath?

The mesh is open, so air moves through it. Still, stay close and check on your baby often, never cover the net with a blanket, and skip it in a parked car or in hot, still weather.

Does it keep all insects out?
